Why Wont The Stove and Spa Store Service a Stove That They Are Not a Dealer For?

Due to parts and components typically being brand and model specific, and parts not interchangeable by manufacturer standards, The Stove and Spa Store chooses to concentrate our efforts exclusively on the appliances that we have installed, and or are a dealer for.

Why Hire A Proffesional (Trained and Certified) Chimney Sweep From The Stove and Spa Store?

Our technicians are certified with NFI (National Fire Institute) and CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America). These are the highest credentials a chimney sweep can have. With fire in your home our technicians look for any and all potential dangers in regards to your fireplace. You will be given a full report on the condition of your fireplace. If you have any questions we have certified staff ready and able to answer any questions.

I’ve hired my chimney sweep. What now?

*After booking your appointment we will give a courtesy reminder call usually one business day before to remind you of your appointment and to confirm someone will be home.

*Your sweep will always be completed by a CSIA certified chimney sweep or under the direction of a CSIA chimney sweep who are employees of The Stove and Spa Store.

*You will have access to all of your service reports. These are private to you and The Stove and Spa Store the reports will not be shared with any other third party.

*If your fireplace or chimney system is in need of repair we will give you a detailed estimate as to what would be needed to bring your fireplace to safety standards.
